The DevOps Engineer bridges the gap between development and operations by implementing practices, tools, and automation that enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our software delivery lifecycle.
The overarching goal is to improve agility, scalability, and stability of our software deployment processes, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
As a DevOps Engineer at ThreatFabric, you play a hands-on role in supporting infrastructure, assisting with deployments, improving system reliability, and ensuring secure and compliant cloud-native operations in a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up.
We are currently looking for a medior engineer who is comfortable working in an operational environment, has experience with DevOps processes, and enjoys working in a structured, ticket-driven way of working.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline software delivery
- Working with Git-based workflows and contributing toGitOpspractices
- Supporting andmaintainingexisting infrastructure and cloud environments
- Handling operational tasks via ticketing systems (incidents, changes, service requests)
- Monitoring systems and responding to alerts to ensure system stability and reliability
- Supporting container-based environments (Kubernetes / Helm)
- Assisting with API deployments internally and within customer environments
- Performing root cause analyses and resolving issues in a structured manner
- Supporting database and streaming platforms (e.g.PostgreSQL, Kafka)
- Contributing to documentation and continuous improvement of operational processes
- Working within a Scrum team andparticipatingin standard ceremonies
- Participating in the on-call pool (24/7) for critical incidents whenrequired
What We Offer
A 12-month employment contract with the intention to extend. Subject to mutual satisfaction, this may lead to a permanent position.
