The Sales Engineer helps customers understand and choose ThreatFabric’s products and services by explaining technical details and benefits. The Sales Engineer acts as a bridge between the technical aspects of the product and the customer’s needs and ensures a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
The Sales Engineer is part of the Sales team and works closely with internal stakeholders to support sales activities and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Selling the value of ThreatFabric’s threat intelligence, device intelligence and behavioural analytics solutions to new customers through interactive sessions, demos, POCs and more
- Leading technical product discussions with new customers
- Leading integration projects with new customers with the support of a Project Manager and Product specialists
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting new clients to expand sales territories
- Shaping new product features through channeling the voice of the customer internally
- Attending conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
- Successfully attending all obligatory training and instruction related to ThreatFabric products and services.
- Sharing valuable customer information within the sales team and with relevant departments (Marketing, Customer Success, Development).
- Writing reports and liaising with the production team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
- Ensuring reports are clear, understandable, and include actionable recommendations for improvement of products and services.

- A 12-month employment contract with the intention to extend. Subject to mutual satisfaction, this may lead to a permanent position.
