Wat ga je doen?
Als HR-stagiair(e) bij ThreatFabric krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan verschillende HR-projecten en taken in een omgeving waar jouw bijdrage echt telt. Je gaat aan de slag in een jong en energiek team van collega’s, waaronder teamleaders van finance, RISK, en onze Lead HR, Rick. Rick heeft zelf de HRM-opleiding aan de Hogeschool Utrecht gevolgd en begrijpt precies wat je nodig hebt om je studieopdrachten succesvol af te ronden. Hij zal je begeleiden en ondersteunen gedurende je stage.
Jouw taken en projecten zullen divers zijn en afgestemd op zowel de behoeften van ThreatFabric als jouw studieopdrachten. Denk hierbij aan:

• Onboarding: Je helpt mee om het onboardingproces te verbeteren, zodat nieuwe medewerkers zich vanaf hun eerste werkdag welkom voelen en snel kunnen integreren.
• Employee Experience: Samen met het team werk je aan initiatieven om de tevredenheid en betrokkenheid van onze medewerkers te verhogen.
• Cultuurontwikkeling: Je denkt mee over hoe we de bedrijfscultuur verder kunnen ontwikkelen en versterken.
• HR-administratie: Je ondersteunt bij dagelijkse HR-taken zoals het bijhouden van personeelsdossiers en andere administratieve werkzaamheden.
• Performance Cycle Optimalisatie: Je helpt bij het verbeteren van onze beoordelings- en ontwikkelingscycli, zodat medewerkers zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen.
• Beleidsschrijven: Je werkt mee aan het opstellen en integreren van nieuw HR-beleid in ons Handboek.
• Verzuimbegeleiding: Je krijgt inzicht in hoe we medewerkers begeleiden die ziek zijn, volgens de regels van de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
• Arbeidswetgeving: Je krijgt een inkijk in de juridische kant van HR, zoals het opstellen van contracten en het naleven van de arbeidswetgeving.

Who are you? We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn student ready to make an impact in a fast-growing, innovative organization. Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English. We have English speaking colleagues, but the main team you'll be working with speaks Dutch as wel. 
• You are proactive, independent, and like to take initiative.
• You are seeking an internship where you will not only learn but also actively contribute to the growth and development of the company.
  
  What will you do? As an HR intern at ThreatFabric, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various HR projects and tasks in an environment where your input truly matters. You will work with a young and energetic team of colleagues, including team leaders from finance, RISK, and our Lead HR, Rick. Our HR Lead himself completed the HRM program at Hogeschool Utrecht and understands exactly what you need to successfully complete your academic assignments. He will guide and support you throughout your internship.
  
  Your tasks and projects will be diverse and tailored to the needs of both ThreatFabric and your academic requirements. Some of the activities you might be involved in include:
  • Onboarding: Assisting in improving the onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcome and can quickly integrate from their first day.
  • Employee Experience: Working with the team on initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Culture Development: Contributing ideas on how to further develop and strengthen the company culture.
  • HR Administration: Assisting with daily HR tasks, such as maintaining personnel files and other administrative duties.
  • Performance Cycle Optimization: Helping to improve our review and development cycles so employees can reach their full potential.
  • Policy Writing: Assisting in drafting and integrating new HR policies into our Handbook.
  • Absence Management: Gaining insight into how we support employees who are ill, in line with the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act.
  • Labor Legislation: Getting a glimpse into the legal side of HR, such as drafting contracts and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

  The application period is open until the 1st of august, 2025. After this date, all applications will be reviewed. The start date for the internship is flexible, beginning in mid-August or September 2025, or later depending on the preferred start date set by your educational institution. Starting earlier in July is also possible.
